The Abduction of Ragnald

At Constantinople the tournament continued
Two knights proved themselves stronger than the rest
Agrikhan had triumphed over everyone
except Ragnald whom he did not yet test

On the evening before the last day
Ragnald challenged Agrikhan to joust
so they could see which one would be able
from the saddle his opponnent to oust

The demon Aschmundai, the following morning
assumed the human form of Agrikhans herald
He went to Ragnald and gave him the message
Agrikhan wished to see him aboard his ship
in order to negotiate a larger prize
for the victor when they met at joust

Ragnald was deceived by demon's ruse
he accompaied him down to the shore
he boarded what he thought Agrikhan's ship
but once aboard the boat, it sailed away
Ragnald looked about there was no crew
the ship sailed itself through magic hex

The crewless ship sped out to sea
steered by dark spirits invisably
Ragnald lamented his sorry plight
forced to miss his appoined fight
Would Agrikhan claim default victory
thinking his opponent most cowardly
The ship kept sailing day after day
taking Ragnald very far away
